The four star Sol Rio de Luna & Mares Resort is located in Guardalavaca, Cuba offers two hotels combined on the white sands of the Caribbean, this resort is an ideal destination for both couples and families alike. The rooms are located in the Luna or Mares section of the hotel, and you can use all the facilities in the hotel regardless of where you stay.

The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools and there is also a sun terrace equipped with parasols and sun loungers. The hotel has a buffet restaurant located in the Mares section of the hotel and four a la carte restaurants including Mexican, Romantic, Italian and French restaurants. The hotel also has five bars including two snack bars, lobby, pool and garden bars. There is also an internet café at the hotel. Families are well catered for too with a hotel run kids club including a children’s pool for children from the age of five till twelve years of age.

The hotel offers meals and drinks on an all inclusive basis including a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks are served 24 hours a day. Guests are also permitted to visit two of the a la carte restaurants per week.

Standard Rooms – This room is able to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. They are equipped with a twin/ double beds, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, full bathroom, satellite television and come with a balcony or terrace based on preference. Pool view and rooms for sole use are also available at a supplement.
Suites – there are large enough to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children are also available there are equipped as per the standard rooms and have the added facilities of two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate lounge area.
