Do I Need Travel Agency Experience?
No. Previous travel agency experience is welcome, but it isn't essential.
We're interested in the person, not simply what's written on their CV.
If you've previously worked in travel, your existing knowledge can give you a great start.
But we're also interested in people from backgrounds such as sales, customer service, hospitality, retail and other customer-facing roles.
More important to us is that you're enthusiastic about travel, confident dealing with customers, willing to learn and prepared to put the work into developing your own business.
We'll provide training and ongoing support, but ultimately your success will depend on you.

Will I Receive Training?
Yes.
We don't expect somebody new to travel to wake up on Monday morning knowing how to book a multi-centre honeymoon or explain the difference between every cabin on a cruise ship.
Training and support are part of the journey.
You'll develop your knowledge of booking systems, suppliers, destinations and the practical side of selling travel.
And travel is one of those industries where you never really stop learning.
