Eating and drinking is fantastic value for money as Tunisia is outside the Eurozone and your money goes much further. Although there are not many restaurants and bars outside the hotels in the smaller resorts, the newer more modern resorts like Port El Kantaoui and Yasmine Hammamet have grown to offer more choice and even have late night discos. Popular excursions include the places in the Tunisian desert where films including Star Wars and The English Patient were made or have a go at riding a camel or quad biking in the desert.
